Caroline Platt has a strong background in brand marketing and strategy, with extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Caroline started their career at Starbucks in 2000 and held various marketing roles, including Marketing Manager for Starbucks Card, where they led the development and global integration of the Starbucks Rewards program. Caroline also played a key role in the launch of Starbucks Wifi and the Starbucks Card Duetto Visa co-branded credit card.

Caroline's expertise in CPG marketing led their to become a Senior Brand Manager for Tazo Tea, where they developed a 5-year growth blueprint and led a brand restage. Caroline also managed the Starbucks VIA instant coffee business, partnering with innovation teams to launch new product platforms under the VIA brand.

In their most recent role as Director of Brand Marketing at The Krusteaz Company, Caroline has been responsible for leading brand marketing initiatives, focusing on developing and delivering annual plans to drive brand relevance and share.
