Jason Petrakovitz

Jason Petrakovitz began their work experience in 1992 as a Helicopter Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps. Jason then worked as a Maintenance Technician at Venture Plastics from 1996 to 1998. Following that, Jason joined Grupo Antolin in 1998 and held various roles over a span of 15 years, including Assistant Production Manager. Since 2013, they have been working at Continental Mills as a Production Area Manager, responsible for the safety and performance of the packaging department. Currently, Jason also serves as a process coach for multiple autonomous maintenance teams.
