Tara Howe has extensive experience in managing and analyzing employee benefit and compensation programs at Continental Mills. Tara has held various positions within the company, including Benefits & Compensation Manager and Sr. Benefits & Compensation Administrator. Tara also has experience as a Benefits Administrator and Benefits Specialist, where Tara performed day-to-day benefit administration tasks.
