As the Vice President of Business Intelligence, Paul leads Continental’s market research team, business intelligence team, and guides market strategy for all of Continental’s business lines. He has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate research including market strategy, site selection, economic and demographic analysis, geospatial analysis and mapping, data integration, and business intelligence. Paul has spent his 30+ year career creating and analyzing data to drive business decisions - first with geographic information systems (GIS) and now through commercial real estate research and business intelligence solutions.
Paul joined Continental in 2007 as a Market Research Analyst. Prior to his current Vice President of Business Intelligence role, he held the position of Director of Market Research.
