David E. Kass

David E. Kass is the President of Continental Real Estate Companies and the Founder and Chairman of Continental Hospitality Group.

David is charged with overseeing total business growth and development for Continental with a primary focus on its hospitality and retail divisions. David spends much of his time cultivating relationships with debt and equity sources, as well as with strategic development partners both public and private. He works closely with his development team providing vision to each project and directing site analyses and acquisitions, pre-development strategies, leasing and finance.
