Ted Hathaway

Ted Hathaway is Vice President and Counsel for Continental Real Estate Companies. Ted joined Continental in 2018 and provides legal counsel to the company on a wide variety of transactional matters including, acquisitions, financing, development, and leasing. Prior to joining Continental, Ted served for six years as Senior Counsel for Washington Prime Group (formerly Glimcher Realty Trust) and also in private practice.

Ted earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University and his Juris doctor degree from the University of Florida. Prior to law school, Ted served his country as a United States Naval Officer.
