Dana L. Ricks

Dana joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2004 as a Leasing Specialist. During her tenure at CRC, she has served as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Residential Management and as a Community Manager. She was promoted to the role of Regional Portfolio Manager in 2012 and currently oversees the North Carolina portfolio and assets in Baltimore, MD. Dana holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.A. from Morgan State University. She is a member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association and holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation.
