Matt McCoy

Matt joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2014 as a Leasing Specialist and moved his way up to his current role of Regional Portfolio Manager. Matt has more than 13 years of experience in residential property management. Prior to joining CRC, Matt worked in leasing and management at Berkshire Property Advisors. Matt is responsible for overseeing the management and daily operations of communities throughout Maryland. He holds the Certified Apartment Manager designation through NAA.
