Nicholas Depriest-Bishop

Nicholas DePriest-Bishop joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2013 and currently serves as an Assistant Property Manager in the Commercial Division. He oversees the day-to-day property management functions for retail shopping centers in Maryland. His responsibilities include directing the activities of third-party vendors, overseeing tenant relations, preparing, and managing annual budgets, and handling related assignments that assure the long-term value of each asset. Prior to joining CRC’s commercial team, Nick was a Project Engineer for Multi-family Construction where he oversaw a multitude of capital projects for the multifamily portfolio and managed maintenance of one of the largest properties in the CRC residential portfolio. Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University.
