John D. Hart

John D. Hart is the SVP, CFO & Treasurer at Continental Resources. John has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Continental Resources, they were with Arthur Anderson for 7 years, where they managed full audit services for numerous client engagements across industries, but principally associated with the energy industry. John has significant capital markets experience assisting numerous clients with equity and debt offerings and oversaw multi-location engagements on a domestic and International basis.

John D. Hart has a Masters of Accountancy from Oklahoma State University in the field of Accounting and Finance.
