Michael Gialousis

Michael Gialousis, EMBA, is an experienced senior staff engineer currently working at Continental Resources since July 2023. Previously, Michael served as Vice President of Completions and Vice President of Drilling, Appalachia at Gulfport Energy Corporation from March 2014 to April 2023, where significant responsibilities included overseeing project operations, managing substantial budgets, and implementing safety and efficiency initiatives. Key accomplishments include leading teams through organizational transitions, achieving substantial time reductions in project delivery, and enhancing safety metrics. Michael also held positions at Chesapeake Energy and Schlumberger, and possesses an EMBA in Business Energy from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Engineering from Western New England University.
