Shawn Simpson is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in business development and service excellence. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Continental since July 2021, Shawn has also held a position as Service Excellence Field Manager at ARAMARK CORP since November 2017. Within the ARAMARK umbrella, Shawn has significantly contributed as District Executive Chef, managing over 60 union employees and overseeing dining operations with revenues of $16M at the University of Toledo. Prior to this, Shawn served in various roles at MGM Grand Detroit from 1999 to 2012, culminating as Executive Chef at Bourbon Steak, where responsibilities included managing a $5M budget and maintaining food costs below 30%.
