Steven Nelson

Steven Nelson is the current President & Chairman at Continental Stock. Prior to this, they were with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company. Before that, they were with the United States Attorney's Office, New York from January 1977 to December 1980 where they were an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division. Prior to that, they were a Litigation Associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from January 1974 to December 1977.

Steven Nelson has a JD with Law Review Honors from New York University School of Law and a B.S. Magna Cum Laude from Brandeis University.
