Mike Burr

Mike Burr is currently serving as a Technical Project Manager and Engineer at Continental Tool Group, Inc., focusing on electrical systems in tool manufacturing since August 2025. Prior to this, Mike held several key positions, including Principal Electronic Hardware Architect at Guidant Measurement from April 2022 to August 2025, and Hardware Development Engineer at TechnipFMC from August 2019 to August 2025. Mike’s earlier career includes a significant tenure as an R&D Engineer at Tectron Engineering Co from October 2007 to August 2019, where responsibilities included transitioning analog systems to digitally enhanced designs. Mike’s foundational experience began with the U.S. Navy from July 1987 to November 2007, serving as an Avionics Maintenance Manager and Technician. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute in Jacksonville, FL, completed between 1997 and 2007.
