Erika has over 24 years’ experience in the wireless industry with her beginnings as a receptionist and executive assistant role. Through those experiences, she gained insight and moved into positions from customer service agent, and then advanced to inside sales team.

Erika became Customer Service Manager by communicating politely and finding resolutions. She mastered problem solving in her day-to-day experiences, both from a customer perspective and her peers. She communicates with clients over the phone, by smiling, which conveys warmth even if they can’t see her. Understanding details about specific issues a customer or co-worker might have (such as the extent of their knowledge), helping them navigate any complications or a department speed bump ensures she can help connect and find a solution with ease. Her vast knowledge of wireless equipment and processes at CWI helps her ensure her team members can accomplish with ease and solve any issues that may arise.
