Ajay Sontakke

Ajay Sontakke is the Founder and Coach at Coaching Minds since November 2024, focusing on personal growth and success while dedicating earnings to Cancer warriors. Currently serving as a Lean Agile Coach at Continental, Ajay previously held the position of Consultant Agile Coach at Wipro, primarily working with HSBC on various teams. With experience as a Specialist at Tata Elxsi, Ajay improved the performance of multiple Scrum Teams in a fast-paced service environment. Previous roles include Consultant at Siemens, R&D Engineer III at Nokia, Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies, and Software Engineer at Cranes Software International Limited, where significant contributions were made in C++ development and training. Ajay holds a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.
