Alain PLO

Alain PLO is an experienced operations director currently serving as the Managing Director at ContiTech Vibration Control France and ContiTech Anoflex. Previously, Alain held several leadership roles at Flexitech, including Chief Operations Officer, overseeing eight production plants across multiple countries. Alain also managed significant projects, such as the start-up of hose plants in Mexico and China. With a background in engineering and a strong focus on lean manufacturing and operational excellence, Alain's expertise spans over three decades in various manufacturing sectors.
