Axel Weber

Axel Weber has over 16 years of experience at Continental, currently serving as the Strategic Projects ContiTech and Operations Manager for the Power Transmission Group, overseeing global operations across 25 factories in 13 countries, with a turnover exceeding 1 billion euros and a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Prior to joining Continental, Axel Weber worked at Siemens VDO from April 2005 to January 2007, holding positions including Head of Manufacturing Strategy, Vice President of Manufacturing Footprint, and General Manager for plant and location management.
