Dirk Pott

Dirk Pott currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer and member of the Executive Management Committee at ContiTech, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience at Bayer spanned from November 2009 to September 2025, including leadership positions such as Vice President of R&D Procurement, Global Procurement Transformation, US Procurement, and IT Sourcing and Supply, alongside a role as Director and Vice President in Internal Management Consulting. Dirk Pott also contributed to Droege Group as Principal and Partner from January 2007 to October 2009 and held a managerial role in Strategy Consulting at Accenture from July 2001 to December 2006. The career began at BASF, gaining foundational experience as a Management Trainee and through an apprenticeship from 1996 to 2001.
