Dolunay Alsan

Dolunay Alsan is currently the Human Resources & Quality Systems Director at Continental, where they coordinate HR systems and collaborate with the Central HR Division of Germany. Prior to this, they held various roles at Tofaş Oto Ticaret A.Ş. and Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş., including Human Resources Manager and Administrator, where they managed HR processes and played a key role in company mergers. Dolunay also worked as the Human Resources and Quality Systems Manager at Otokoç Otomotiv Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., overseeing multiple branches and implementing quality assurance models. They are pursuing a degree in Communication Sciences at Anadolu Üniversitesi.
