Gyda Bjering-Strand has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Head of HR & Culture for the Nordics at Continental since November 2018. Previous roles at Continental include HR & Process Manager and Nordic business process & applications manager. Prior to Continental, Bjering-Strand worked at Wj Business Partner AS as Margin Manager and in roles related to operations, quality, and business support from April 2015 to November 2018. Earlier in the career, positions included Sales Support Manager at WJ Business Partner from June 2001 to April 2015, Key Account Manager at Egroup ASA, and Senior Account Manager at Seven Mountains Software. Starting the career as a Sales Manager for Office Supplies at PSI Systems, additional experience includes working as a Marketing Coordinator at RKD AS. Education includes degrees in IT from the University of Inland Norway and Economics from Østfold University College.
