Ileana Net

Ileana Net is currently the Head of Purchasing Strategy and Transformation, where they lead strategic initiatives to optimize purchasing processes and drive innovation through digital solutions. Previously, they served as a Global Master Data Administration Team Leader and held various roles at Continental, focusing on team coordination and process improvement. Ileana has also worked as a Senior Consultant at ISG International Service Group and has extensive experience in marketing and project management from their time at Raabe Verlag and the Austrian National Tourist Office. They hold multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. from MODUL University Vienna and a Master's in International Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
