JAVIER CABALLERO

Javier Caballero is a seasoned marketing professional with a pragmatic and innovative mindset, currently serving as the Head of Marketing for the Iberia region at Continental since 2025. Previously, they held various positions at Pirelli Neumaticos S.A., including Sales Director and Marketing Director for Iberia, and gained experience in operations and product management at Euromontyres S.L. Javier also served as Marketing Director at Continental from 2019 to 2020. They completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2023.
