Ludmila Freire

Ludmila Freire serves as the Head of Manufacturing Tires Engineering Central at Continental since July 2016, leading a cross-discipline engineering team and implementing the Central Digitalization Strategy while ensuring cooperation with regional and global stakeholders. Previously, Ludmila held positions including Team Lead Digital Solutions CA and Product Owner Mixing Execution, as well as Central Key User Mixing Management & Execution, contributing to digital solutions and manufacturing suite development. Prior experience includes roles as an Industrial Engineer Trainee at M. Dias Branco, a Chemical Engineering Intern at Braskem, and a Process and Production Engineering Intern at Elekeiroz SA. Educational qualifications comprise a specialization in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Salvador, along with a Cambridge Advanced certificate in English.
