Ragen Steele is a marketing professional with diverse experience across various roles and industries. From 2016 to 2017, Ragen served as the Marketing Manager and Design Sales at Westend Interiors, focusing on administrative tasks, system maintenance, scheduling for designers, and creating marketing content to drive sales. Prior to that, Ragen worked as a Stylist at bevello and later transitioned to Continental, where Ragen held multiple positions including Inside Sales Representative and Training & Customer Experience Manager from 2018 to 2020. In these roles, Ragen was responsible for training material development, process analysis regarding customer interactions, and gathering customer feedback for improvements. Additionally, Ragen has experience as a Junior Operational Product Manager, creating user manuals and managing technical documents. Ragen’s career began as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the FAMILY YMCA OF LANCASTER & FAIRFIELD COUNTY from 2013 to 2015. Ragen holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
