Roland Wilmer

Roland Wilmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and production within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Processes, Methods and Tools at Continental since March 2014, Roland has also held various leadership positions within the company, including Head of ww Workstream Product Development and Director of Quality and Environment. Prior to this, Roland worked as an Interim Manager at wilmer.management and served as Werkleiter at Hengst GmbH & Co.KG, where responsibilities included production management, quality assurance, and process optimization for automotive fluid management systems. Roland's career also includes a tenure at Continental as Werkleiter, overseeing production processes related to rubber mixtures and steel cord for tire manufacturing. Academically, Roland holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Chemical Engineering from FH Münster and has further education from Leibniz-Universität Hannover.
