Tim Wills has extensive experience in sales and pricing within the automotive and clinical development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of System Component Sales and previously as the Head of Sales for the Americas at Continental since June 2015, Tim is responsible for managing Tier 1 sales teams and ensuring product technology and pricing remain competitive. Prior to this, Tim held various roles at Covance, including Client Services Pricing Analyst and Business Development Coordinator, where responsibilities included developing cost estimates and collaborating with operational teams. Earlier experience at FedEx Express as a Material Handler and a foundation in customer service at Covance further complement Tim’s background, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Executive MBA.
