Kim Dalsgaard Christensen began their work experience in 1995 at Norsoft, where they served as the Business Development & Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the Marketing and Call Center departments and worked with IBM and Microsoft to assist IT resellers in creating business plans and increasing turnover.

In 2004, they started their own online music store called Aibab, where they tried to compete with iTunes.

In 2005, Christensen joined Celenia Software a/s as the Marketing Manager. Kim Dalsgaard developed and maintained the branding and communication profile for Celenia Software and also provided their knowledge and services to Conscensia and new Continia Software.

In 2011, they joined Continia Software a/s as the Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, they took care of all commercial elements of running the company in a global market and focused on continuous growth. Kim Dalsgaard'sresponsibilities included building a commercial strategy and realizing the market potential of the company.

Kim Dalsgaard Christensen completed their Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration and Data Processing from the School of Business Administration & Modern Languages in Herning, Denmark. Kim Dalsgaard attended the program from 1991 to 1994.
