Igor R. Alonso

Igor R. Alonso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Igor R. is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community/Broker Relations at Conviva Care Center and an Adjunct Professor at Trident University International, both starting in 2022. Prior to these roles, they operated their own company, Alonso Consultant Enterprise, LLC, as a Leadership and Insurance Consultant from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they were the Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Solis Health Plans from 2017 to 2019, where they achieved significant member growth and established key agency partnerships. From 2008 to 2017, Igor was the Vice President of Sales, Medicare & Retirement, at UnitedHealthcare, where they consistently exceeded sales targets and developed successful provider engagement strategies in the South Florida market. Earlier in their career, they served as a Campus Pastor at Flamingo Road Church from 2000 to 2009, providing spiritual and administrative leadership. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales Director, Small Groups and Individual Plans, at UnitedHealthcare from 1995 to 2000, where they implemented networking strategies, improved member enrollment margins, and increased retention rates.

Igor R. Alonso holds a Doctor of Education - Ed.D degree in Organizational Leadership/Leadership Development from Trident University International. Igor R. also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from the University of Phoenix. In terms of certifications, Igor has a Certified Insurance Consultant License (Life & Health), Individual from the State of Florida, which they obtained in January 1992.
