Continuous Engineering is an independent senior advisory and delivery practice for regulated enterprises and private equity sponsors, paired with a portfolio of founder-led ventures in healthcare AI, conferencing, robotics, and technical ecosystem building.

THE PRACTICE

Principal Architect engagements, vCISO retainers, Fractional CTO leadership, and technical due diligence for acquisitions and investments. Engagement scope spans agentic AI platforms, healthcare technology, payment infrastructure, and compliance architecture across HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 frameworks.

The practice operates on a strategy-led delivery model. Architecture and governance are specified exhaustively before execution begins, and execution is compressed through instrumented AI systems under direct review. Every engagement produces a strategic plan, a reference architecture, and the running system, not three separate handoffs to three separate teams.

THE PORTFOLIO

A sequence of ventures born from a single insight: healthcare technology is broken at the communication layer and the workflow layer. Each venture solved one layer and revealed the next problem worth building for.

Racchabanda (2020). Secure web video conferencing, with extensions into telepresence robotics for clinical environments.

Continuia (2024), co-founded with Dr. Unnikrishnan. Clinical second opinions, governance, and physician peer review at global scale.

Teqnobot. Autonomous robotics for healthcare environments, integrated with the Racchabanda video layer.

IgniteLabs, co-founded with Venkatesh. Final-year project training programs for engineering students.

Secure.Studio, co-founded with Venkatesh. Warangal's first co-working space.

FOUNDED AND LED BY

Shree Mandadi. Thirty years of enterprise architecture experience at global consulting firms, Fortune 500 scale, and multiple founder-led ventures. Published The Continuous Engineer's Manifesto in 2026, a declaration of engineering discipline
