Haili Hartman is a Behavior Tech Manager at Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance, where since April 2014, expertise has been applied in 1:1 in-home teaching under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for clients aged 2-29 in various locations across Virginia, Maryland, and DC, while maintaining detailed records and participating in case reviews. Previously, Haili Hartman served as an ABA Therapist at Comprehensive Autism Partnership (CAP) Inc. from December 2013 to July 2014, assisting in behavior reduction through positive reinforcement techniques. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University (2015-2017) and a degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University (2011-2014).
