Laura Lentz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura started their career as an Audit Senior at Price Waterhouse, where they managed external audits and assisted clients in strategic decision-making. Laura then worked at Keane Management Consulting as a Consulting Manager, providing process improvement plans and strategic advice to multiple clients. Laura also served as a Senior Manager, leading implementation projects and training programs for a global insurance broker.
Laura later joined Kraft Foods Group as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where they managed budgeting and financial analysis for a $1 billion category. Laura also played a key role in the successful launch of the South Beach Diet foods.
In 2008, Laura became actively involved in The LAM Foundation, serving as Treasurer and later as Board Chair. During their tenure, they developed strategies to advance the foundation's mission and fostered partnerships for improved clinical care.
Most recently, Laura Lentz has been working at Continuum Clinical, starting as the Director of Patient Recruitment and progressing to Vice President and Senior Vice President roles within the Business Operations department. Laura currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing the company's business operations.

Laura Lentz earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1994. Laura then pursued further education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and Strategy.
