Lisa Bellm

As Continuum’s Senior Vice President of Specialty Care Solutions, Ms. Bellm oversees the development and management of specialty practice services including patient engagement and care coordination, procedure preparation and navigation and bundled payment and care management. Ms. Bellm is a founding member of Captify Health, now part of the Continuum family of companies, which was formed to better engage patients and create a better experience for them on behalf of physician customers. Leveraging her experience in the healthcare hospitality services and marketing automation space, Ms. Bellm focuses on using technology to support providers in activating and preparing their patients prior to procedures. The results include better outcomes for patients, happier providers and improved practice revenue.

Prior to her role with Captify and Continuum, Ms. Bellm served as a sales and marketing strategy consultant for national healthcare organizations. She has also held various other sales and marketing roles, including Marketing Communications Manager at Avascend, a healthcare hospitality services company.

Ms. Bellm earned a bachelor’s of arts degree from Avila University.
