Jeremy Holtzinger

Jeremy Holtzinger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy began their career in 1998 as a Medium Helicopter Repairer in the United States Army Reserve, where they were responsible for repairing aircraft subsystems and supervising training for new soldiers. After leaving the military, they worked at Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer as an IT Support Analyst III, providing first-line support, software installations, troubleshooting, and staff training. In 2016, they joined ForRent.com as a Tech Support Team Lead, where they developed and implemented helpdesk procedures and managed a technical support team. Jeremy then moved on to LifeNet Health, where they worked as an IS Support Specialist, responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and serving as the primary contact for mobile devices. At Iron Bow Technologies, they served as a Field Service Technician III, providing comprehensive software and hardware support, IT asset disposal, and maintaining accurate inventory. Most recently, Jeremy worked at ePlus inc. as a System Analyst II, conducting onsite surveys, determining replacement device needs, and supervising junior analysts. Currently, they are an IT Analyst at ContinuumCloud, where they utilize their skills and experiences to contribute to the company's success.

Jeremy Holtzinger earned their Associates of Science degree in Social Science from Tidewater Community College, where they studied from 1998 to 2009. Jeremy later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Virginia Wesleyan University, graduating in 2015. In terms of certifications, they obtained the MSDST certification from Microsoft in March 2005 and the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification in August 2019. In September 2020, they earned the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification in July 2019.
