Sarah Oelschig

Sarah Oelschig has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Sarah worked as a Professional Coach at Sarah Oelschig Coaching, starting in March 2023. In this role, Sarah provided support to individuals going through change, helping them unlock their potential during times of transition.

Prior to that, Sarah worked at ContinuumGlobal from December 2021 to November 2022. Sarah held multiple positions including Senior Director of Operations and Senior Director of People Operations. Sarah Oelschig completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Santa Clara University from 1999 to 2003. Sarah later pursued a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy at the University of San Francisco, completing their degree from 2010 to 2011. In 2023, Sarah obtained a Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Additionally, they obtained the OKR Certification in Leadership and Goal Setting from Measure What Matters | OKR Resources in February 2023 and completed the Dare to Lead Training from Dare to Lead™ Trained in July 2021. Sarah is a member of the International Coaching Federation, which they joined in March 2023.
