ContinuumOps

Mid-tier mining operations carry Tier-1 complexity without Tier-1 analytics budgets. ContinuumOps was built to close that gap.

We deliver integrated mine-to-mill performance intelligence through the Context Engine, a physics-grounded platform that reads your operation from ore body to final product and identifies precisely where you are leaving money on the table. Not by function. Across the entire system.

The Gap We Target
Tier-1 miners invest upwards of AUD 15 million annually in internal analytics centres. Operations generating AUD 100 million to 500 million in annual production generate the same 2.5 terabytes of monthly sensor data. Most analyse less than 20% of it. The value sitting in that untapped 80% is the reason ContinuumOps exists.

What Makes the Context Engine Different
Most analytics tools deliver a snapshot. The Context Engine compounds. It integrates data from fleet management systems, plant historians, and geological models, then applies validated physics models built across a decade of Tier-1 mine-to-mill work. Each engagement makes the next more precise. By year three, the system performs approximately 80% of the analytical work automatically.
The result is a continuously improving intelligence layer, not a report that is out of date six months after delivery.

How We Work
We start with a fixed-fee Operational Performance Diagnostic, 6 to 12 weeks, covering data, technology, processes, and people. Every finding is quantified: dollars per tonne, kilowatt-hours per tonne of metal produced, throughput improvement potential. Implementation services follow. Ongoing performance monitoring ensures the gains hold.

No internal analytics team required. No multi-year software commitment before you see results.
