Donald Lohman

Donald Lohman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Donald currently serves as the General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer Consulting Services at YVM Consulting LLC since May 2022. In this role, they manage all legal matters for an integrated continuous manufacturer of pharmaceuticals. Donald also serves as the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Interim at Rite Aid Corporation since December 2022, where they lead a team of 80+ managing all compliance, internal audit, and food safety matters.

Prior to this, Donald worked as a Partner at 1867 Partners LLC from March 2022 to November 2022. Donald held various roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from 2011 to 2022, including Vice President and General Counsel, Specialty Generics, where they played a key role in achieving revenue growth and increased profitability. Donald also served as Vice President - Legal | Litigation Management | Regulatory | Compliance | Legal Operations, and Associate General Counsel - Litigation Management and Controlled Substances Compliance, managing legal operations, government investigations, and major litigation.

Before joining Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Donald held the position of Associate General Counsel – Generics | Division Counsel | Senior Counsel | Commercial at Covidien/Tyco International from 1999 to 2011. Donald also worked as an Associate at Bryan Cave LLP from 1997 to 1999 and as an Associate at Husch Blackwell from 1994 to 1997.

Throughout their career, Donald Lohman has demonstrated expertise in legal strategy, compliance, litigation management, regulatory affairs, and leadership, making significant contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Donald Lohman has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Quincy University. Donald also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Notre Dame Law School.
