Contour Lab is a human-centric AI technology for fashion brands and retailers that removes friction across omnichannel shopping journeys. It unifies online and in-store personalization and empowers sales associates with real-time shopper intelligence.

We believe the future of fashion lies in understanding the whole customer, not just their size, but their appearance, preferences, shopping behaviors, and expectations. That’s why our emotionally intelligent AI provides tailored advice with inclusivity, body positivity, and individual expression at its core. Our goal: ensure every shopper feels seen, understood, and confident.

Trusted by forward-thinking brands across Europe, Contour Lab is turning personalization into a strategic and ethical advantage. We empower fashion retailers to deliver not just better shopping experiences, but also more responsible, data-driven growth.
