Luca Kappinga

Luca Kappinga has a diverse background in human resources, welfare, and education, with significant experience in various roles. Initially working as a Zorgverlener PGB at PGB Persoonsgebonden Budget from November 2016 to September 2020, Luca provided care for a disabled child. At ContourdeTwern since December 2023, Luca serves as a Casusregisseur Inburgering & Coördinator Taalcoaching, assisting asylum status holders and family migrants with their integration processes. Previous roles also include Corporate Recruiter and HR Support at Leger des Heils Rijnmond Zuidwest, where Luca was involved in recruitment strategies and candidate management. With a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and a Master’s in Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University, Luca possesses a solid educational foundation complemented by practical experience, including a role as a promotional team member at Christelijke Hogeschool Ede and ownership of a business creating custom watercolor portraits of houses.
