Currently serving as a SweetRush Consultant and Project Quality Manager at Intel Corporation, Krystina oversees the design and quality assurance of educational content. In addition to these roles, Krystina is a Principal Consultant at Converge Consulting Group, where strategic communication and alignment with client DEI goals are prioritized. As a DEIB Consultant for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, Krystina leads organizational assessments to enhance DEIB practices. Previous experience includes significant roles at Meta and various speaking engagements at aerospace conferences. Krystina holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Contra Costa County Fire Protection District is a recognized fire service leader providing fire and emergency medical services to nearly a million people across a 304 square-mile area, in and around the 19 cities of Contra Costa County, California. In 2017, the District responded to nearly 74,000 fire and EMS emergencies and provided expert medical care in the conduct of more than 75,000 ambulance transports. The District, with 25 fire stations and nearly 400 employees, is dedicated to the preservation of life, property and the environment.
