Adam Hudson

Adam Hudson is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in education and journalism. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher and Tutor for Youth Services at Contra Costa County Office of Education since June 2023, Adam has a strong background in tutoring, having worked with Professional Tutors of America since November 2010. Adam has contributed as a reporter and writer for Truthout and AlterNet, focusing on issues such as militarism, human rights, and socio-political commentary. Adam's work has included reporting on significant events like military commissions at Guantanamo Bay. Additionally, Adam held roles as a GPAN U.S. Country Representative with the Global Pan Africanism Network and as an After School Instructor at Bay Area Community Resources. Adam's educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University, and studies in International Humanitarian Law at the University of Oxford. Furthermore, Adam is an accomplished musician as a drummer for the alternative rock band Sunata.
