Eugene Pakman

Eugene Pakman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology management and support. Currently serving as a PACS Administrator and Information Systems Manager at Contra Costa County Health Services since November 2004, Eugene has successfully managed the installation and configuration of systems such as Agfa Impax PACS and Nuance Powerscribe 360. Prior to this role, Eugene held the position of Senior Technical Support Team Lead at Stentor, Inc., where responsibilities included providing support for over 150 hospitals, supervising a team, and leading the installation of PACS solutions. With a solid foundation in system engineering and technical support, including experience at iBeam Broadcasting and UCSF/CKM, Eugene possesses a strong background in network administration and customer service.
