Matt Lardner

Matt Lardner, MPP, serves as a Planner/Evaluator Level B for Contra Costa County since October 2019, where responsibilities include analyzing workplace violence data and evaluating related programs for employee safety. As the President of the East Bay Stonewall Democratic Club since December 2017, Matt oversees member engagement and meeting coordination. Previous roles include serving as a Commissioner on the Cannabis Commission for the City of Berkeley and a Research Associate at the Alameda County Public Health Department, where exploration of cannabis policy impacts was a focus. Matt holds a Master of Public Policy from Mills College and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
