Jill Mosley

Jill Mosley is a Principal Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in infrastructure design and construction projects. Currently employed at Contra Costa Water District since January 2017, Jill previously held the same title at Brown and Caldwell from August 2013 to January 2017 and worked as an Engineer at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants from January 2005 to July 2013. Key projects include serving as project engineer for various pipeline projects and institutional designs supporting educational buildings and housing facilities at UC Santa Cruz. Jill has also gained experience through internships at Bestor Engineers and Carlson, Barbee & Gibson. Educational qualifications include a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
