Mina Refaat

Mina Refaat is an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history of overseeing operations and maintenance at prominent facilities, including a governmental mega data center, opera house, museum, and factory. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E since April 2018, Mina has successfully improved resource utilization and operational efficiency. Previous roles included Operations Jr. Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large projects with Tier 3 certification, and Senior Electrical Engineer, acting as project leader for the Almasa Capital project. Previous experience spans site facility management for various projects, including ITIDA and retail centers, as well as electrical engineering roles in bus manufacturing and residential developments. Mina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering from Helwan University.
