Contract and claims management works when employees in different disciplines work together. Not every employee will create a claim or negotiate with the customer. Planning staff should know for example, how contracts can be used to protect their own interests when customers want to change them. Our training concept therefore focuses on three different qualifications, which can be summarised as follows:

Principal Contract Manager:	Identify claims and react accordingly.
Master Contract Manager:	Create evidence, correspondence, and receivables.
Professional Contract Manager:	Provide evidence, correspondence, and receivables.
