Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has extensive experience in project management and land services within the oil and gas industry, holding key positions since 1977. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Contract Land Staff since October 2016 and as a Senior Project Manager at Roland Resources, Inc. since April 2011, Mike specializes in oil and gas leasing, land title research, due diligence, right of way negotiations, and relocation assistance. Previous roles include Project Manager at Overland, Pacific & Cutler and Senior Consultant at Pinnacle Consulting Management Company, where Mike was involved in significant acquisition and relocation projects across various states. Additionally, Mike served as a Relocation Assistance Officer at the Mississippi DOT and held positions as Land Manager and Senior Landman earlier in their career. Mike earned a BBS degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, and Biology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
