Batool Dababneh has been working in Human Resources Management since 2012. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ContractRecruiter.com, where they coordinate with team leaders and POCs to fulfill hiring needs, sources and selects applicants, and creates and posts job descriptions.

Batool Dababneh has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from National University, which they obtained in 2020. Batool also holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages from the University of Jordan, which they obtained in 2017.
