Sandra Hill

Sandra Hill is a skilled professional with extensive experience in education and social media management. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at the Defense Health Agency since November 2022, Sandra specializes in developing tailored social media strategies and engaging content for the Military Health System. Concurrently, since October 2018, Sandra has contributed as a writer for the U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys. Previously, Sandra worked as a virtual educator with the Department of Defense Educational Activity from October 2018 to June 2021, where innovative virtual learning models were established during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, from August 2011 to October 2018, Sandra was a general education teacher at Killeen Independent School District, focusing on early childhood education. Sandra holds a Master of Education from Tarleton State University and two Bachelor’s degrees in History and European History from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
