Kai Skallerud

Kai Skallerud has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2013, they were a student athlete at Washington University in St. Louis, playing on the men's tennis team until 2016. They then worked as a research assistant at the UCSF Emotion, Health, and Psychophysiology Laboratory for a few months in 2016. From 2014 to 2018, they also held a research assistant position at the Washington University in St. Louis, Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology Program. In 2017, they worked as a medical scribe at ScribeAmerica until 2018. In 2018, they became a research assistant at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and continued in that role until 2021. In 2021, they joined Sling Health as the Chief Financial Officer and founded their own company, Contrast, as the Founder and CEO. In 2022, they briefly worked as an Investment Analyst at Villhard Growth Partners.

Kai Skallerud started their education in 2013 at Washington University in St. Louis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences, as well as Biology. They completed this program in 2017. In 2018, Kai Skallerud enrolled at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their medical studies, Kai Skallerud also pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2021 to 2022.
